4.2 Enrolment is subject to programme availability. SWD Academy reserves the right to defer, cancel, or consolidate intakes due to insufficient enrolments or operational requirements.
4.3 Students are required to meet the minimum entry requirements for their chosen programme as specified on the programme page. Admission may be revoked if entry requirements are subsequently found to have been misrepresented.
4.4 A student number and login credentials will be issued upon successful enrolment. These are personal and non-transferable.
5.1 Programme fees are published on the SWD Academy website and are subject to change without prior notice. The fee applicable at the time of acceptance will be the fee charged for that intake.

6.5 SWD Academy reserves the right to amend programme content, delivery schedules, and assessment methods in line with SETA requirements or quality assurance directives.
7.1 Certificates and qualifications are issued upon the successful completion of all programme requirements, including all assessments, PoE submissions, and the settlement of all outstanding fees.
7.2 Where a programme leads to a registered qualification on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF), certification is subject to the moderation and verification processes of the relevant SETA and SAQA. Timelines for certification are governed by these processes and are outside SWD Academy's sole control.
7.3 SWD Academy will not be held liable for any delays in certification caused by third-party verification processes, changes in SETA accreditation status, or force majeure events.
